As an Agency Administration Assistant:
Handle Complex Billing: Resolve billing issues and ensure accuracy in transactions.
Support Daily Operations: Assist with daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
Manage Client Communications: Handle client interactions with a focus on maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Document Management: Organize and manage documents, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
Client Relationship Building: Strengthen client trust through effective communication and problem resolution.
Transition to Sales Assistant:
Sales Training and Licensing: Participate in daily sales training and work towards obtaining your state sales license.
