    Position Overview:
    The Marketing Communications Specialist will develop proactive marketing and communication campaigns to increase brand awareness and support business growth.

    The position collaborates with business development, client relations and operations teams to develop and execute comprehensive strategic marketing plans and programs, both short and long term.

    The person will work in a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking and a willingness to adapt according to the situation.


    Duties & Responsibilities:
    Be the brand's voice.

    Ability to assess current programs, give a new edge to our marketing strategies, and develop ideas to improve communication between the brand and its target audiences.

    Design, develop, and produce marketing materials. Effectively communicate on owned and earned media platforms to enhance awareness of the company's work and services.

    Plan and execute marketing campaigns that aligns with sales activities and fully own the process from ideation to execution and reporting.

    Measure, and analyze the effectiveness of these initiatives across different platforms, identify gaps and make recommendations to continually improve and optimize the quality and effectiveness of these campaigns.

    Work with Client Relations team on developing existing customer campaigns to increase wallet share.

    Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness of the company's services within our existing markets, and to develop additional target markets to help facilitate sales growth.

    Create brand awareness through several different channels including social media, third-party publications, and other creative avenues.

    Develop and publish marketing materials on different owned-platforms relevant content that aligns with the buyer's and customer's journey to support business development and client relations teams.

    Ensure that all marketing materials maintain brand consistency.

    Analyze industry trends, prospect/customer relationships and market insights to productively partner with sales and client relations team to ensure ongoing prospect/customer engagement.

    Provide support in the proposal building process and presentations. Update and maintain RFP content library.

    Continue to adopt new practices and technologies that will improve and optimize marketing department's performance and give the business a competitive edge.


    Required Experience:

    Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesBachelor's degree or higher in communications, marketing, or related area.3-5 years of marketing/communications experience in a corporate or agency setting.

    Possesses a background in B2B marketing communications strategy and implementation.

    Strong verbal and written communications, organizational and time management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with several teams and a desire to improve processes.

    Understanding of social mediaProficient in MS Office SuiteProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Preferred)This positions works with the VP of Marketing to deliver key insights and recommendations that optimize the performance of the marketing and communications programs/campaigns, and assists the marketing department as a whole in the achievement of its goals.
