    Safety Support Associate Position at PATH in Los Angeles, CA

    JOB TITLE:
    Safety Support Associate

    SALARY: $26.36 per hour

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    As the Safety Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe environment at the Interim Housing site. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the facilities, engaging with participants to maintain safety, and providing support during crisis situations.

    • Assist with overall safety at the housing site through observation and participant engagement.
    • Coordinate with the case management team and security agencies to ensure site safety.
    • Conduct regular rounds of the site, communicate concerns, and assist with documentation.
    • Respond to security and crisis situations using non-violent crisis intervention strategies.
    • Collaborate on the development of protocols for the housing site.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Previous experience with vulnerable populations, security, or crisis intervention is a plus.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    All levels of experience and education are welcome.

    MUST-HAVES:
    Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and completion of required screenings.
