- Serve as a single contracting vehicle for community-based providersto enroll in Medi-Cal managed care plan networks.
- Reduce administrative burden for providers so they can focus on serving clients.

Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate outreach center supervisor to lead and manage our dynamic team dedicated to making a positive impact on our community.
As the Outreach Center Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating outreach initiatives, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our target demographic.
Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:Supervise a team of outreach coordinators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a cohesive and efficient team environment.

Program Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design strategies for effective service delivery.

Data Management: Implement data collection and tracking systems to monitor program outcomes and impact. Generate regular reports to demonstrate program success and identify areas for improvement.

Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in outreach practices, social services, and community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in community outreach, program management, or social services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Understanding of community development, social issues, and the needs of diverse populations.
- Excellent communication interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, collaborate effectively, and present ideas persuasive.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team, resolve conflicts, and lead by example.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical considerations related to social services and outreach activities.
- Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
SCHEDULE:
Must be flexible as this position may require an extended workday, including late evenings and weekends.
Pay:
$70, $80,000.00 per year
