- Longevity and Holiday Pay Available Based on Hours Worked
- Answer all incoming calls and direct/resolve customer and client issues
- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information for computer entry
- Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Respond to information requests from clients
- Onboard new assignments and applications
- 3-4+ yrs experience in a call center or call-oriented customer service role
- Proven longevity and tenure in previous positions
- Must have strong familiarity with Microsoft Suite and CRM platforms
- Professional and personable phone demeanor with proven experience diffusing customer issues and concerns
- Ability to work within tight time constraints
- Ability to work on weekends or holidays as needed
