What to expect?

  • As a working student in Customer Success (m/f/d), you support our Customer Success Management, who take care of our B2B customers throughout the customer lifecycle
  • You help us to position Visable and our digital platforms wlw & europages in the best possible way for our B2B customers to generate interest in using our products
  • You collect feedback and insights and share them with internal departments to support the development of customer-oriented strategies and the improvement of new features
  • You work closely with the Customer Success Managers to ensure that our service meets the needs and requirements of our customers
