About the Role:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable individual to join our team as a Concierge. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a talent for anticipating guest needs, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:

Guest Assistance: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in procedures, and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Act as a resource for guests, answering questions, providing recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.

Concierge Services: Arrange transportation, make restaurant reservations, book tickets to events or attractions, and provide directions or maps to guests. Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.

Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints or issues effectively, seeking resolution to ensure guest satisfaction. Escalate any unresolved issues to management as needed.

Guest Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing them by name and personalizing their experience whenever possible. Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.


Requirements:

Customer Focus: You have a passion for providing excellent customer service and enjoy interacting with people. Your friendly demeanor and attentive attitude contribute to a positive guest experience.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with guests and colleagues.

Knowledge of Local Area: Familiarity with the local area, including restaurants, attractions, and transportation options, is preferred.

Problem-Solving Abilities: You can quickly assess situations, identify solutions, and take appropriate action to address guest concerns or issues.

Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for detail and ensure accuracy in guest interactions and administrative tasks.
