Your tasks

For the hazardous substance management department of our subsidiary Phoenix Compounding Technology GmbH, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in Hamburg for approximately months starting at the earliest possible date. The working hours are a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Phoenix Compounding Technology GmbH develops and produces various rubber compounds depending on the application area.

Your tasks include, but are not limited to:
  • Assisting in the creation of hazard assessments and operating instructions according to § 14 Hazardous Substances Ordinance
  • Filing and updating safety data sheets
  • Updating and maintaining lists and databases

Your profile
  • Student in the field of chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, or a similar course of study
  • Previous experience with safety data sheets regarding classification and labeling is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Good analytical skills/precise and accurate work style
  • High motivation and commitment, flexibility, team, communication, and organizational skills
