Construction budget for a one-story classic, Mediterranean-style house - Wilton Manors, FL, United States - beBee Handyman

This property is located in Wilton Manors, FL.

I am looking for a house with a garage, separate living room and kitchen, and a garden of approximately 40-50m2 with a pool.

There should be a bathroom on the ground floor with space for a washing machine. The roof should be in the Mediterranean style, without a rooftop or basement.

One of the bedrooms should have an en-suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden, as well as a walk-in closet.

The other two bedrooms should have built-in closets. The house should have all electrical installations and solar panels, and no natural gas. The desired living space for the house is between 71 and 100m2, with one floor. There should be 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The preferred construction styles are classic and Mediterranean. While I do not currently have land for construction, I have already located a plot for building. I do not have a project or plans from a professional architect. I am looking to start construction in more than 6 months. My main priority is finding a good quality-price ratio for the service.
