    WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for overseeing development projects from start to finish, then the role of Developer at Enclave might be the perfect fit for you. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in managing various development projects, engaging with consultant teams, overseeing schedules, budgets, and ensuring project success through effective communication and coordination.

    • Coordinate consultant teams and oversee development projects from inception to completion
    • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial information
    • Assist in presenting development plans to city councils and officials
    • Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to address project issues
    • Conduct financial analysis of real estate projects

    To excel as a Developer with us, ideal candidates should possess:

    • A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or development roles
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Willingness to travel to project sites in the upper midwest
    • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
    • Experience working with architects, engineers, and contractors
