Position Overview:

As a Product Demo Representative, your main responsibility will be to engage, educate, and delight Costco members by demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our products and services.

You will have the unique opportunity to interact with a variety of customers and provide them with memorable experiences that drive interest and sales.

This role requires a blend of product knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Set up an attractive and organized product demonstration area within Costco.
  • Engage with Costco members proactively, inviting them to experience product demonstrations.
  • Effectively communicate product features, advantages, and benefits to customers.
  • Provide indepth knowledge about the products and services, answering customer questions with confidence.
  • Create an inviting atmosphere that encourages interaction and participation.
  • Encourage product trial and offer samples to highlight the quality and uniqueness of our offerings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized demo area, ensuring a positive and professional presentation.
  • Collaborate with retail staff to coordinate demonstration schedules and adhere to guidelines.
  • Track customer feedback, preferences, and sales data to provide valuable insights to the team.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in product demonstrations, sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to create excitement around products.
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical details about various products and services.
  • Strong customerfocused approach, with a knack for building rapport.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and managing a hightraffic demo area.
