- Lead and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate between different teams involved in the project.
- Define tasks, timelines, and budget for each project.
- Manage project budget and costs.
- Create daily/weekly status reports with updates on progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Train and support project staff.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and other key team members.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Monitor deadlines and project milestones.
- Regularly inspect project sites and track progress.
- Maintain open communication with all involved parties.
- Travel may be required for the role.
- 5 - 7 years' project management experience in construction or restoration.
- Knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
- Strong business acumen and budget management skills.
- Familiarity with contract documents and Xactimate estimates.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and drawings.
- Effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Background check required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and internet research.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of climbing stairs, scaffold, and ladders.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various conditions.
- Availability for emergency situations 24/7.
- Work in extreme temperatures and challenging conditions.
