Dr. Tessa Hadlock, a distinguished specialist in facial reanimation and a graduate of Bowdoin College and Harvard Medical School, is globally recognized for her expertise in surgically restoring facial expressions after nerve damage, as well as for her aesthetic interventions to address disfigurement and aging.

The team led by Dr. Hadlock has a successful history of supporting staff members in various medical and healthcare career paths, including MD degrees, nursing, nurse practitioner programs, physician assistant programs, PhD programs, and medical administration.

We are looking for a lively, friendly, and sociable individual to handle front office responsibilities. This role involves daily tasks such as reception, check-in/out procedures, appointment scheduling, assisting patients with digital kiosk data entry, and answering phone calls. You will be the face of the office and ensure the smooth operation of the plastic surgery suite. Maintaining the appearance of the waiting area, welcoming patients and visitors, and managing our social media presence are crucial aspects of this role. You will also have the chance to witness a wide range of surgical and minimally invasive procedures. Previous customer service experience is highly beneficial, and familiarity with handling prior authorizations and working with insurance companies is advantageous. This position requires strong multitasking abilities!
