    Responsibilities:

    This Position is for Pactiv Evergreen Inc.

    Job Description:

    As a valued member of the Finance organization and reporting to a Commercial Finance Manager (or higher), your technical and analytical expertise will support one of Pactiv Evergreens 3 Business Units. Our day-to-day work environment is broad and dynamic affording the right candidate an exciting opportunity to learn the business, partner with leadership and have an impact. Successful team members will combine an analytical approach with focused critical reasoning to convert raw data into insightful analysis around several core areas including:

    • Monthly reporting and analysis, including detailed variance analysis and KPI analytics
    • Customer and product profitability, trends and projections
    • Annual planning and forecasting
    • Business expansion and new products
    • Continuous improvement
    • Cost savings opportunities
    • Ad hoc financial modeling
    Qualifications:

    Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling Excellent problem-solving and an ability to anticipate the needs of internal customers
    • Ability to communicate with both financial and non-financial resources
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an efficient and effective manner
    • Detail oriented approach Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and familiarity with database development and reporting tools.
    • SAP & HFM/Essbase experience preferred

    Education and/or Experience:

    • BA/BS required with emphasis in finance or accounting
    • Finance or accounting experience is preferred
