• Proficient in using estimating software
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to accurately interpret project plans and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams

• Construction estimating: 5 years (preferred)
