Key Responsibilities:

We're seeking a dynamic technologist, primed and ready to embrace a dual role that balances product strategy with handson technical work. This role is pivotal to the transformation of our pricing engine, driving the development of new integration capabilities and modernizing its core. As part of this role, you'll immerse yourself in the pricing function, partnering with our Revenue Management team to decipher the subtleties of our operations and transform them into technical functionalities within our platform. You'll evolve into a reliable ally and collaborator, paving the way for new functionalities both for the present and future. Your technical leadership will be instrumental as you mentor our team, evaluate technical work, spearhead technical talent acquisition, and set standards. Your input will be crucial in steering our department's path and raising the bar for excellence.

Qualifications:

What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in Retail, Pricing, Revenue Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field
7+ years experience in a lead software engineering role, systems integration, data systems, cloud technology and planning/completing strategic roadmaps
Leadership experience and the ability to guide and inspire a team
