The Closing City Title and Escrow is a full service title insurance company offering comprehensive title and closing services to real estate professionals, buyers and sellers throughout the State of Florida.

The Business Development Executive will be essential in enhancing our market position and achieving financial growth. This role demands a keen understanding of current market conditions and the ability to identify potential business opportunities.

You will work to improve the organization's market position and achieve financial growth by building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.


  • Ability to self start and high energy level.
  • Maintain professional, friendly, courteous manner when dealing with clients, both internal and external.
  • Maintain superior level of customer service by followup with customers and communicating with agency staff as needed.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, and other important data.
  • Provide feedback and aftersales support.
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entrylevel staff into valuable salespeople.

Job Requirements:


  • Proficiency with SoftPro is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Market knowledge.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, or relevant field.

Pay:
$40, $50,000.00 per year
