PLEASE NOTE:
In order to be considered for this position, you must complete the skills tests: Filing & organization and Data entry.
We are looking for an office assistant to help in our midtown office from 9am to 12pm, Monday to Friday.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- File, scan and handle mail as necessary;
- Maintain and update information in database, including documents' list and tasks;
- Prepare documents for processing;
- Coordinate messenger's pick up;
- Intake documents at the Licensing/Apostille window to be processed;
- Distribute completed documents to clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents and data;
- Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills;
- Familiarity with document management systems and databases;
- Ability to work independently and take initiative;
- Must be alert and responsive with strong communication skills;
- Willingness to handle confidential and sensitive information in a secure and appropriate manner.
- Comfortable with public transportation travel.
