Combination of theory and practice

In addition to studying at IU International University in Frankfurt am Main, Mannheim or Kassel, you will complete the practical part of your dual studies in a service office of the Hessian tax administration.

In the tax office, you will mainly complete your practical phases in the administrative office and be involved in daily tasks.

The administrative office is the area that deals centrally with personnel administration, controlling and organizational matters of the tax office.

The administrative office is therefore responsible for maintaining a smooth service operation - which is why your organizational talent is particularly in demand here.

The focus is on administration and organization as well as the development of personnel. You will take care of the employees and their concerns in close coordination with other departments of the state administration, such as the regional finance directorate or the Hessian remuneration office
