Responsibilities:


  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure adequate stock levels to support production schedules.
  • Develop and maintain efficient storage and organization systems to optimize space utilization and facilitate easy access to materials and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize material and tooling needs based on project timelines and resource availability.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and condition of materials and tools meet industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to material and tooling management, such as lead times, costs, and inventory turnover.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in material and tooling management.
  • Coordinate all special tooling receipt and shipment.
  • Operator shear, band saw, and hand cutters to cut material to specified dimensions.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, College student, College graduate preferred.
2. 0-5 year of experience in material and tooling coordination.


  • Knowledge of aerospace materials, tools, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to aerospace material and tooling management.

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
