    Our client, one of SF's most prestigious private equity firms, is seeking a top-notch executive/personal assistant to support a C-Suite executive. This role will encompass coordinating a complicated calendar, organizing travel both professional and personal, and tackling ad-hoc projects.     Salary Range:

    $175-200k base range + bonus + generous benefits

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as gatekeeper for executives prioritizing assignments and drafting communications and correspondence as needed
    • Calendar management with organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
    • Coordinate detailed travel arrangements both domestic and foreign
    • significant personal support including but not limited to booking personal travel, family calendar management, gifting, personal finances and errands
    • Assist with the scheduling of multiple stakeholder meetings
    • Perform expense reporting with concur
    • Manage projects and ad hoc duties as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 10+ years of experience of high touch support to a senior executive
    • Ability to think on their feet and work independently
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality
    • Analytic and Strategic thinker
