WHAT TO EXPECT

Responsibility as a group leader for the smooth operation of the fleet department at our WVZ in Sheppton
Motivation and leadership of team leaders and support for their personal development and growth within the team
Conducting employee meetings and creating a positive work atmosphere for employees
Monitoring, compliance, and evaluation of service level agreements and relevant costs and quality metrics
Actively contributing own ideas to continuously improve processes in the fleet department
First point of contact for various interfaces regarding all fleetrelated matters
