For our branch in Bad Nauheim, we are looking for a project manager (m/f/d) for residential and commercial construction.

Responsibilities:

You will take on the technical and economic responsibility for turnkey projects in both residential and commercial construction within specified conditions in terms of construction time, construction costs, and quality.
You will lead negotiations with subcontractors, planners, appraisers, authorities, and buyers.
As a project manager, you will maintain contact with various departments (internal and external) as well as with clients, buyers, architects, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
You will create, update, and monitor schedules and budgets and award construction services with the support of procurement.
You will handle quality and schedule control.
Leading role within the project in all phases of the HOAI (commercial and residential construction) to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable education.
Several years of professional experience in a similar position.
You are familiar with all aspects of construction and have a sharp insight into construction processes.
High level of commitment, personal responsibility, assertiveness, and independent work.
Very good communication skills, confident appearance, and persuasive power.
Knowledge in the areas of calculation, VOB, execution planning, contract management, and construction execution.
