We are seeking an experienced, Retention Sales representative for the Sales department of our Fordham Toyota dealership

The Retention Sales Consultant is responsible for upselling vehicles and maintaining existing customers in the CRM/DMS database.


Retention Sales Duties Include:


  • Maintains current portfolio of prior sales within the dealership
  • Builds strong rapport with all previously sold customers (over the term or lease) to increase repeat business
  • Data mines the CRM/DMS database for lease, cash, and finance customers
  • Enhances customer loyalty, gains referrals, and upsells products accordingly
  • Achieves and/or exceeds monthly quotas as set by management
  • Upholds the highest levels of integrity and customer service
  • Adheres to sales guidelines as communicated
  • Follows Safeguards Rules and company safety procedures and policies

Qualifications:


  • Previous Retention Sales experience preferred
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Excellent followthrough skills
  • Selfmotivated, goal oriented, and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work independently.

Pay:
From $16.00 per hour + commission


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Automotive dealership: 2 years (preferred)
Retention Sales: 2 years (preferred)
