    About the Team

    The Systems Team at Bluberi serves as a critical backbone to our innovative efforts in the gaming industry. The team is responsible for the management, optimization, and enhancement of all our system platforms including CRM, ERP, and data analytics tools.

    Job Summary

    As a Salesforce Administrator, you will join our dynamic Data and Systems team, playing a crucial role in optimizing and managing our CRM systems to ensure operational excellence and data integrity. This position involves comprehensive management of both Salesforce and NetSuite systems. You will work closely with various departments including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations, ensuring that our systems efficiently support business processes and contribute to our strategic goals.

    Essential Functions

    • Maintain CRM Functionality: Ensure the continuous operational performance of Salesforce and NetSuite, focusing on system stability and reliability.
    • Manage Additional Modules: Oversee the functionality of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems to support sales, product and sales operations.
    • Salesforce Reporting and Tableau Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Tableau to enable robust reporting capabilities that support data-driven decision-making.
    • Custom Fields Management: Implement and manage custom fields across Salesforce to ensure data capturing is tailored to the specific needs of the business and enhances user interaction.
    • Recommend Best Practices: Provide recommendations on Salesforce best practices, focusing on enhancing efficiency, data security, and system scalability.
    • User Training and Support: Conduct regular training sessions for end-users to maximize system adoption and proficiency, providing ongoing support to ensure optimal use of CRM tools.

    Work environment:

    Las Vegas, or Drummondville office based with limited work from home options

    Required education and experience

    • Bachelor's or Salesforce Administrator certification
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin
    • Proficient in Salesforce CRM platform
    • Experience in Salesforce Declarative Programming
    • Salesforce custom fields and objects
    • Experience with report flow, assignment rules, CPQ functionality etc.
    • Experience with Lightning Pages and APEX

    Preferred education and experience

    • Experience with SOQL / SQL
    • APEX triggers and Classes
    • Tableau integration experience
    • Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
