As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Product & Growth Marketing Manager to lead and elevate the Eurofins Consumer Product Testing (CPT) brand presence on a global scale.
Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing CPT, located in Singapore, the Product & Growth Marketing Specialist/Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, drive brand awareness, loyalty and contribute to overall business growth.
This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, strong leadership and influencing skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams to achieve common objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute B2B growth strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to inform targeted B2B marketing approaches.
- Identify trends and customer behaviors in the B2B landscape for strategic insights.
- Collaborate with the product team to align marketing strategies with product launches and updates.
Campaign Execution:
- Drive brand awareness while working to acquire and retain customers. Experimenting with various digital tactics to move prospects through the marketing funnel and optimizing campaigns based on their performance.
- Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and personas to guide targeted messaging.
- Optimize conversion funnel, user experience, and SEO strategies for maximum ROI.
- Incorporate a differentiation strategy into the messaging to set the brand apart.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to understand and highlight key product features and benefits.
- Create compelling landing pages and marketing collateral, emphasizing the unique value propositions of the product.
- Foster experimentation and innovation in campaigns through A/B testing.
- Execute outbound B2B marketing campaigns for broader reach and visibility, integrating B2B product messaging.
Analytics and Collaboration:
- Utilize data for analyticsdriven decision making.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (product, sales, and customer support) both global and local for cohesive B2B messaging and a unified customer experience.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Monitor and report on spending, making adjustments as needed.
- Generate regular reports on the performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate key metrics and progress to stakeholders within the organization.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, particularly those related to product marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in product and growth marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns that drive both brand and product awareness.
- Proficiency in analytics tools, marketing automation, and advertising platforms, with a focus on leveraging data for both product and growth strategies.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, and problemsolving skills, particularly in the context of product positioning and growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in marketing, digital media, and consumer behavior.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
