    Description

    Are you on the lookout for a skilled Data Analyst to join the Fulfillment Operations Team within the enterprise connectivity organization? This role is crucial for supporting Data Services products, collaborating with ecosystem partners such as Fleet Telematics and Connected Vehicle systems, and adopting lean and agile practices within a Product Based organization.

    • Pay: $45-60 per hour based on experience

    Experience Required:

    • 2+ years of handling Connected Vehicle related Quality issues
    • 1+ year of working with querying and analyzing large datasets for investigations
    • 1+ years of experience with JIRA

    Skills:

    • Required:
    • Proficiency in Splunk, SQL, and using APIs
    • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
    • Preferred:
    • Comprehensive understanding of vehicle electrical architectures and components
    • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse groups and cross-functional teams
    • Capability to manage multiple demands from various teams and perspectives
    • Drive Quality/Performance mindset across different levels of the Company
    • Adaptability as new tools/processes are introduced among teams already handling existing demands
