Located on the Upper East Side of New York City, we are on a mission to create a simplified path for everyone to explore wellness in a way that meets their unique physical, mental, and spiritual needs.

We are seeking a dedicated and
detail-oriented Wellness Attendant to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall ambiance within our facility.

Your exceptional housekeeping skills will contribute to creating a luxurious and relaxing environment for our valued guests.

What You'll Do:


Housekeeping:
Perform daily housekeeping duties throughout the facility, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and other guest areas. Ensure all spaces are immaculately cleaned, organized, and prepared for guests' comfort.

Linen Management:
Oversee the collection, sorting, and laundering of linens and towels. Maintain an adequate supply of fresh, clean linens and ensure they are properly stored and readily available for use.

Restocking and Inventory:
Regularly check and restock essential supplies, such as toiletries, amenities, and other consumables. Keep inventory of supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

Sanitation and Hygiene:

Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.

Use appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to ensure thorough sanitization of surfaces and equipment.

Ambiance:

Assist in creating a serene and luxurious ambiance, paying attention to lighting, temperature, and music levels to enhance the overall guest experience.


Guest Assistance:
Provide exceptional service to guests by offering assistance, answering questions, and ensuring their needs are met. Be responsive to guest requests and address any concerns promptly and professionally.

Laundry Care:
Ensure the proper care, handling, and storage of uniforms and personal items, keeping laundry facilities clean and organized.

Waste Management:
Properly dispose of waste and recycling materials according to guidelines and environmental regulations.

Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with staff to maintain seamless operations and create a harmonious work environment.


Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services, preferably in a luxury spa or highend hospitality setting, is an advantage.
  • Strong eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Efficiently manage time to complete housekeeping tasks and adhere to scheduled cleaning routines.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy items, standing, bending, and reaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
  • Maintain a polished and wellgroomed appearance. Uphold high standards of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in the work environment, including a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
**This is a Part Time positions with a payrate of $18-$19 per hour.
