- Performs physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
- Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods, and rejects unsatisfactory items.
Responsible for cycle counting activities.
- Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges.
Must have forklift certification.
- Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped.
- Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks, and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines.
- Oversees domestic and nondomestic receiving and shipping responsibilities. Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves complex issues associated with material/warehouse operations.
- Performs administrative and physical tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing, staging and supplying materials (raw, workinprocess and finished goods), parts and supplies, to operators, workstations and distribution center.
- May prepare goods for shipment to the distribution center.
- Complete all necessary SAP Training to obtain the necessary profiles.
- May be responsible for ordering required materials from outside vendors and offload all deliveries from outside vendors and do goods receipts for the deliveries.
- Physically locate the materials in the warehouse and then perform transactions in SAP to locate them in the system.
- Do bin to bin transfers for all moves from the warehouse to the PSA's.
- Hand load carts/racks equipment and deliver to production areas.
- Run Material Staging in SAP
- Evaluate all production schedules and determine materials needed from outside vendors.
- Maintain required levels of materials in the various PSA's.
- Is knowledgeable of receiving and/or distribution functions, familiar with computer warehousing system and may be required to use UPS systems.
- May be responsible for conducting cycle counts to maintain accurate inventories.
- Uses independent judgment in troubleshooting and problem solving under little/no supervision.
- Provides support to lead and/or supervisor when necessary.
- May provide training support for onboarding and/or new procedures.
- May provide support on special projects.
- Demonstrates the ability to follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Must follow all BD housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Must follow all BD safety policies and procedures.
- Must be able to work overtime as required to meet BD business requirements.
- Perform other duties as required.

Experience:
- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
