    Responsibilities
    • Manage and organize calendars for the consulting team
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and appointments
    • Make travel arrangements and prepare all related logistics for trips
    • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
    • Maintain and update client database and project files
    • Assist with project coordination and follow-up on deliverables
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
