Your Responsibilities * Ensuring the entire quotation process in the general agency: processing change requests, as well as creating, checking and reporting on quotations and new applications in the private customer business.

* General administrative tasks such as correspondence, mail, telephone, customer reception, customer service clarifications, coordination and appointment management.

Qualifications and Experience As a customer service employee, you ideally have the following skills and qualifications:

Completed commercial basic training in private insurance
Higher vocational training such as a specialist certificate or higher technical school are advantageous
Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally with experience in Zurich systems
Insurance experience in private customer business
Very good knowledge of German (written/spoken)
Good knowledge of French (written/spoken)
