    Description


    The primary focus of the Sales Incentives Manager (Global Commissions) is to lead the commissions team in calculating and processing commission payments for our global workforce of 1,000+ variably-compensated employees.

    The Sales Incentives Manager will work closely with Finance, Payroll, and Sales Operations to ensure calculation, reporting, and payment of commissions.

    The Sales Incentives Manager will support the team in researching and answering questions regarding commissions, sales and other related inquiries from the Sales team, Executives, or Finance team as needed.

    The Sales Incentives Manager will be able to solve complex problems by defining system, process, and workflow enhancements.


    In this role, you will:


    Collaborate with Sales Operations and Finance ensuring effective communication, alignment and development of operational solutionsLead the monthly sales incentive compensation process utilizing our sales performance management system, Xactly Incent, in monthly commissions calculations and reportingBuild out, lead, evaluate and develop commissions staff ensuring that goals and objectives are met.

    Mentor staff with a focus on employee development and growthAccurately assist with the preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual commissions and SPIF calculations.

    Validate sales data and make necessary adjustmentsAssist with analytics and plan effectiveness efforts to share with key stakeholders and inform incentive design decisionsProvide ongoing support in resolving commission calculation-related inquiries and exceptions with the sales teamsRecommend data quality improvements, system enhancements and streamline operational processesPartner with Finance, Payroll, Sales, and Sales Operations to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and payments, as well as analytical reporting of resultsManage commission expense accrualsRefine commission plans terms and conditionsBuild content for training and enablementInitiate and lead special projects including system enhancements and ad-hoc reportingThe skills youll bring include:Bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience5+ years of sales operations and/or variable compensation experience including 1+ years of managerial experienceExperience as a team leader, with the ability to build, maintain, and motivate a high performing teamExcellent partnering skills across all levels of the organizationHistory of implementing processes and process improvementsStrong Microsoft Excel skills are required for this rolePrior experience with Xactly or other sales compensation software (SPIF, SAP, Varicent) Innovative problem solver with strong analytical and decision-making skillsDetail-oriented, Self-starter, Quick learner, OrganizedAbility to meet strict deadlines and thrive in a fast paced work environmentClear and thoughtful communicator in discussing and sharing sensitive performance and compensation data with a range of business functionsEnthusiastic with a passion for change and efficiencyWe know that the best ideas and solutions come from multi-dimensional teams.
