Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages to our customers.

You will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Duties:


  • Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and standards
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
  • Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
  • Handle cash transactions using the cash register
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
  • Stock and replenish supplies as needed
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Experience:


  • Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with basic math skills for cash handling purposes
  • Knowledge of retail math is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

  • Guest services: 1 year (preferred)
  • Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Milwaukee, WI required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Milwaukee, WI 53227: Relocate before starting work (required)
