We are a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting people with disabilities, those at risk of disability, and people of all ages with mental illnesses.

We are currently seeking a qualified professional to join our Heilpädagogische Tagesstätte (therapeutic day care) as a full-time or part-time specialist in Logopädie/Sprachheilpädagogik (speech therapy/special education) (m/f/d).


As a motivated specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with and for children and adolescents who have developmental challenges in our Heilpädagogische Tagesstätte.


In this role, you will be responsible for conducting specialized diagnostics, providing individual and group speech therapy treatments, considering developmental and disability-related challenges in daily work, documenting progress, setting individual goals for children and adolescents, providing guidance to parents and educational staff, and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and discussions with doctors.


To be successful in this role, you should have a completed education in Logopädie or Sprachheilpädagogik, preferably with professional experience in the areas of speech, learning, social and emotional development, and intellectual disabilities in preschool and school settings.

A positive and optimistic attitude, ability to work independently, high level of responsibility, and willingness to work in a team and participate in further training are also important qualities.
