Description
Overview:
Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of technical professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional managed services to clients.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor service performance metrics (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Executive Reports Development.
- Executive Reports Presentation.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of managed services with other business units.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development for team members.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and provide timely resolution to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing IT operations, preferably in a managed services environment.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices for service management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- ITIL V3 or 4 Certification (mandatory).
- COBIT Certification is a plus.
