ENV Services is a nationally respected leader in calibration, certification and decontamination services for the health care, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our staff. Position involves data entry, billing, scheduling and being a point of contact for our clients. Job schedule will be 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. This is an in-person position and no remote work will be available.


Job Requirements:

2-3 years of general office experience needed and working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. Must be comfortable working on a computer and using different platforms. Willing to learn.

Familiar with billing processes.

Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptable and have a positive attitude. Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and keep accurate records.
