Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d)

What you can expect
| Advising and supporting managers and employees in all personnel and labor law matters within the defined area of responsibility
| Ensuring smooth operational personnel processes from hiring to termination
| Conducting personnel discussions
| Acting as the HR contact for the procurement of employees in temporary employment
| Responsible for creating monthly HR reporting (personnel numbers, absenteeism rate, overtime, target/actual comparisons)
| Assisting in the creation of works agreements and year-end tasks
| Writing references and supporting change processes
| Implementing salary/contract adjustments
| Trustful cooperation with the works council


What you bring
| Completed degree with a focus on human resources or a comparable HR qualification (certified personnel specialist)
| Several years of professional experience in this field
| In-depth knowledge of labor, collective bargaining, works constitution, social security, and tax law
| Independent, proactive, and structured way of working as well as strong communication skills
