- Perform collection duties related to member/retail customers, ensuring payments are collected/applied timely and accurately, with payment returns and exception handling addressed and/or escalated properly
- Assist in the coordination of shareholder relations activities, including, but not limited to on-boarding, shareholder interactions, shareholder payments, and internal accounting related to shareholder programs
- Provide support related to certain banking functions
- Other assigned tasks related to Finance and Treasury responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting or business-related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to exhibit a high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to critically think, problem-solve, and exhibit patience and level-headedness in a fast paced environment
