Description
Senior Systems EngineerMust have DOD or Robotics experience.
The ideal candidate will have - 5 years of experience
and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, participating in engineering teams designing, testing, integrating, and developing support of next-generation robotic systems for the U.S.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering ;
MS preferred.
At least five years of relevant industry experience
Experience with fielded DOD systems and/or prior work in the field of robotics
Solid engineering background
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
Ability to work independently and manage priorities and tasks over multiple projects
Experience with Model Base System Engineering (MBSE) and SysML using MagicDraw
Experience in requirements management and traceability
Experience with the validation of complex systems
Experience with Military Standards, such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-882, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464
Familiar with test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, signal sources, spectrum analyzers, etc.
Knowledge and experience with DOD, SAE, IEEE, and/or IPC standards
Experience with DOORS or an equivalent Requirement Management tool
Working knowledge of Electrical Engineering Computer-Aided Design (ECAD) tools
Working knowledge of Mechanical Engineering Computer Aided Design (MCAD) tool
Working knowledge with LINUX and WINDOWS Operation Systems
Experience with software programming (C, C++, and/or C#)
Experience with sensor integration and signal conditioning
Experience with machine automation and/or integration with automotive or military vehicles
Experience with integration of radio communications and/or knowledge of RF / wireless principals
Experience in system reliability analysis using both calculated and measured data
Familiarity with CMMI Level 3 Processes
Experience design test fixtures
Experience with Windchill and Windchill Quality Solutions
Familiar with Data Collection and Analysis tools
