- Oversee, monitor and maintain the efficient flow of inventory and materials through the facility and to the end user.
- Track and monitor quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times and efficiency of inventory movement and all other inventory activity.
- Utilize inventory management tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to maintain and track physical inventory including material receiving, control and issuance to and from work-in-process.
- Facilitate regular physical inventory and the cycle count process.
- Supervise and lead incoming and outgoing shipment audits.
- Assist with reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
- Develop policies and procedures and control processes in inventory management and maintenance.
- Oversee and maintain accurate documentation and records of material.
- Monitor and manage the arrangement of inventory warehouses.
- Ensure material is properly transported and stored throughout facility per established guidelines or customer requirements.
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes.
- Participates in recruiting, hiring, and evaluating performance. Provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Provide skill development training on proper use of systems and equipment and policies and procedures.
- Recommend or initiate personnel actions such as hiring, transfers or disciplinary measures.
- Ensures team and employees work within the safety guidelines.
- Demonstrates ability to appear for work on time, follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, understand, and follow work rules and procedures, comply with company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, and accepts constructive feedback.
- Other duties as assigned, requested, or needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum seven (7) years' experience or equivalent of education and experience.
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle workflow.
- Read and comprehend verbal and written instructions.
- Intermediate to advanced arithmetic/math knowledge.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

POSITION SUMMARY
Oversee and maintain accurate inventory and product storage. Monitor and maintain the efficient flow of inventory through the facility and to the end user.
