SUMMARY
The Inventory Control I is an entry level position. The Inventory Control I is responsible for maintaining livestock inventory to improve the customer experience.
These duties include but are not limited to:
cycle counting, invoice entry, and daily counting and adjustments.
Primary RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Counting physical inventory and recording counts
- Scheduled cycle counts
- Entering invoices into database
- Identification of misidentified items
- Annual inventory count and review
Secondary RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Assist livestock acclimation, freshwater husbandry, invert husbandry, packing and picking, facility maintenance teams.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification/Requirements
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of and ability to identify aquarium fish, preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritizes responsibilities, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fastpaced work environment
- Shift starts in the afternoon and runs into the evening
- Keeping aquariums, a plus tell us about it
Physical Requirements
Standing for more than 7 hours per day.
Able to lift 60 lbs.
