Small Machine Operator / General Warehouse Associate

Express Dental Products is an independently owned company, in business since 1986. We specialize in products for orthodontists, orthodontic labs, and general dental practices. We invented the Designer Marble design on retainer and wax cases.

We take pride in providing quality products and service, and all of our cases are manufactured in our own facilities in La Mirada, CA.

Express Dental is seeking a highly motivated self-starter for a hot-stamping position. Opportunities for professional growth and cross-training. This is a full-time, multi-functional position.
Work

Schedule:
7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday


Salary:
$16.50 / hr

(Plus health benefits and vacation/sick/holiday accruals after 90-day probationary period.)


DUTIES:

• Folding plastic parts from our manufacturing department
• Operate a small hotstamping machine to imprint customer's orders.
• Crosstrain for various company positions
• Other duties as necessary

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Ability to maintain focus
• Must be able to meet production quotas
• Ability to tolerate warehouse climate
• Ability to follow directions
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Must have a sense of urgency to meet quotas and deadlines
• Excellent punctuality and attendance
• Willing to work the occasional overtime
• Strong organizational skills
• Selfmotivated
• Ability to work well with others
• 1 year warehouse experience a plus
