Shift Manager Production (m/f/d)YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring a smooth, efficient and quality-conscious production process of all machines and equipment
- Securing the planned plant performance within the specified working time
- Adjusting and optimizing plant parameters with a focus on quality
- Increasing the efficiency of the plants through technical and organizational measures in close cooperation with other departments
- Coordinating necessary maintenance and cleaning work
- Safely carrying out product changes
- Initiating necessary steps to resolve machine malfunctions
- Monitoring energy processes during production
- Entering production data into production control
- Coordinating the training of new employees
- Ensuring a smooth shift process through personnel deployment planning
- Enforcing high levels of order, cleanliness and hygiene
- Complying with employer obligations on weekends and night shifts
- Completed master's qualification in plastics and rubber or comparable technical professions
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in a technical or production-related environment
- Sound application-related knowledge and skills in the field of plastic injection molding
- Leadership skills towards groups and individuals (as a shift manager / shift leader / shift supervisor
