Description

• Assists in morning packing of meals for all daily routes.
• Delivers meals to and provides daily wellness check of Meals on Wheels clients.
• Follows instruction for proper food safety and handling.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Completes route sheets as instructed by staff to submit at end of each day.
• Delivers all menus, notes, or contribution envelopes from staff to clients.
• Assists in client eligibility reassessments as needed, with a minimum of 15 reassessments per month.

• Meets with staff daily to communicate needs and concerns about clients and routes
• Maintains confidentiality of clients at all times.
• Qualifications
• A CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle and have a safe driving record.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Team oriented.
