Job Duties Overview:

Starting pay rate is $19.

Full and part-time shifts available.

Training:

All classroom training is full time (Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). Both classroom and on-the-phone training are conducted at our Piscataway office. Following the successful completion of a portion of phone training, the role becomes remote. Please note that a minimum of 1 month in-office presence is required.

We are an inbound call center handling mark out requests for excavation purposes. Candidates should have a passion for customer service, handling incoming calls efficiently, and typing at least 35 words per minute. Additionally, professionalism in phone and in-person interactions, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are crucial. Candidates must also excel in troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to client inquiries.

Requirements:

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with locate requests or inquiries
Process web tickets and respond to web chat queries
Monitor EIs and relay backup messages when necessary
Promote and discuss company products and services to customers
Perform assigned tasks diligently

Job Requirements:

Data entry speed of at least 35 wpm with accuracy
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting
Outstanding customer service aptitude
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
Strong attendance record and stable job history
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic professional environment
Consistently achieve or surpass KPIs
