  • be responsible for the geometric design of electronic power distributors on semiconductor basis from the concept phase to the start of series production
  • create space models in coordination with interface and concept partners, align them with interface partners, and be responsible for the requirements of the components in terms of mechanical properties
  • coordinate internal validation activities for the scope at component and subsystem level

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to...

  • have a successfully completed university degree with a focus on mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • have excellent knowledge in the areas of CAD, design, and geometric design of components
  • ideally have several years of professional experience in the development of components in the automotive industry
  • have relevant expertise in the global context of the automotive industry
  • have expert knowledge in technical mechanics, measurement technology, and verification
  • have extensive experience in supplier management and project management as a developer, sub-project leader, and/or overall project leader in the automotive industry
  • have advanced knowledge in product development processes
