Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on behavioral assessments
• Provide behavioral therapy and intervention services to individuals with ASD
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to ensure coordinated care for individuals with ASD
• Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals working with individuals with ASD
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records and documentation

Requirements:

• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) certification
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles
• Strong data collection and analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and patientcentered approach to patient care
• Proficient writing and speaking English and Spanish.
• Ability to write a Behavior Interventions Plan or willing to learn how to do it.
