Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project managers and teams in the successful planning and execution of projects.

This position supports outside and inside Sales Reps by engaging and working in Smartsheet, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and accounting (QuickBooks) programs.


  • Use of SmartSheets PM Software
  • Team Player and Leader, Highly Organized and Detail Oriented
  • Help maintain project schedules
  • Hold weekly review meetings with each sales rep and manager
  • Able To Multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowhow to perform critical path analysis of schedules within the Project Management Software or other tools
  • Ability to work with clients, staff, vendors & management communicating precisely & effectively.

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
