• Develop and implement ageappropriate swimming training programs.
• Teach fundamental swimming skills, strategies, and techniques to swimmers aged 11 and 1
• Create a positive and encouraging environment that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Conduct regular practice sessions and oversee team activities.
• Assess swimmers' skills and progress, providing constructive feedback and individualized coaching.
• Prepare the team for competitive matches and tournaments.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants during practices.
• Communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and other coaching staff.

• Proven experience in coaching swimming, preferably with youth teams.
• Strong knowledge of swimming rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire young swimmers.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
