Med/Surg Registered Nurse - Savannah, GA

Salary Range:
$ $42.35/hr

Join Our Acclaimed Med/Surg Team:

The Medical Center is looking for a dedicated Med/Surg Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our dynamic healthcare setting.

Role and Responsibilities:

Full-Time Position with Day and Night Shifts (12hour shifts) including Weekend Rotations.
Responsible for comprehensive patient care in the Med/Surg unit, ensuring patient comfort and optimal care.
Conduct patient assessments, manage care including administering medications, and document all activities.
Coordinate with healthcare team to manage patient flow from admission to discharge.
Handle patient and family communications effectively, including some phone triage responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's, Associate's, or Diploma in Nursing required.
Current Registered Nurse license.

- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of start.

At least 1 year of Med/Surg or related nursing experience preferred.
